    Description

    Vtg Quilled Paper Art Framed Picture Blue Kingfisher Bird on Grass Cattail 8 x 6
    This artwork is made with various pieces of quilled or rolled paper atop cut strips to depict a blue and pink kingfisher bird resting on a cattail and grass.
    It is initialed in paper at the base "MS."
    The back has a label of the maker and is dated 1988.
    The framed piece measures 8" by 6".
    Due to the vintage age, there is some discoloration of the work.

    PAYMENT
