    Description

    This is a
    Vintage Linocut or Hand Carved One of a Kind Linoleum Block of a Train Depot.
    The carving consists of train cars, tracks and buildings.
    This work of art measures about 9 inches tall by 12 inches wide by
    7/8
    of an inch thick (wood base measurements).
    The second photo with the blue arrow shows a small piece of ultra thin white paper or white ink(?) stuck to the carving. I think it’s white paper but I’m not sure. I’ll leave removing it to a new owner.
    IMPORTANT NOTE
    : In person there is less distinction between the carved lines and non-carved sections, the digital photo adds a surface shine that helps bring out the difference.
    I can’t find any name on the piece of the creative artist.
