Enviro-Tech Groundwater Purge Pump Unopened Never Used

Up for auction is a Brand New 12 Volt Groundwater Sampling and Purging Pump.
This pump is used for taking samples, evacuating or purging water from a well or underground shaft.
It runs off of a 12 volt battery, so it can be connected to a car or truck battery, for example.
Connections are quickly made via the alligator clips on the end of the electrical cable.
This has never been used or even removed from its sealed plastic bag.
The instructions found inside the bag are for both the ES-40 and the ES-60.
I'm not sure, which model this one is.
The only difference appears to be the length of the line cord, i.e. either 40 or 60 foot.
Both require the user to connect (their recommended) 1/2 inch nylon reinforced PVC to the pump's output in order to pump the water to the surface.
Within the bag is an adaptor to convert the pump to accept 3/8 inch tubing if desired.
Other specifications of the pump include: Output, 3 gallons per minute; fuse rating, 10 amps; impeller, stainless; casing, ABS; seals, Nitrile.
Size: The pump is 1.5 inches in diameter and 6 inches in length.
